We use the ADDIE model & Action Mapping to ensure that goals are meet/exceeded and continuously evaluate and IMPROVE the entire process. One effective strategy we employ to deliver your learning goals is the use of Micro-Learning. Small chunks of info at a reasonable cadence, all leading towards the larger learning goal.
